Roles and Responsibilities

Kathy works with clients and their HR departments and provides support to the advisors who provide and design a customized employee benefit package that may include coverages such as medical, dental, group life, short and long term disability insurance.

She manages clients and assists with the administration of their plans. In addition, resolves claim issues and assists with benefit questions for employees.
