Roles and Responsibilities 

• Dorann is the operations manager. She designs, processes, and confirms that all marketing material adheres to corporate policy.
• Dorann also manages the day to day activities/needs of clients.
• Dorann schedules appointments, trouble shoots, manages business functions, and ensures a consistent level of client service.
